My name is Gayle Karol. I’ve been making quilts for more than 20 years. I’d love to help you finish yours with my longarm quilting machine, Tillie.

Longarm quilting machines can take the place of hand quilting and do in hours what used to take weeks. I guide Tillie by hand, using patterns, templates or just following a freehand motif.

I've quilted all kinds of quilt tops, including baby quilts, group quilts, wedding quilts and quilts to comfort people. I also love to work on quilt tops made by creative sewers who bring a “Bend-the-Rules” attitude to their projects.*  I know all these wonderful tops can linger on the shelf – alone and unquilted – because time and other priorities of modern life get in the way.
